Using the Social Emotional Learning framework, A Frame of Mind is developing an educational program for youth and teens ages five to twenty.  The programs strives to educate participants the importance of positive mental health through visual arts prompts and mindful activities. The purpose of the visual art programming is to develop appropriate intra-personal skills, healthy coping mechanisms  and social responsibility to foster lifelong success focusing on self care and positive mental health.

A Frame of Mind’s current curriculum focus is in:

  • Teenage cisgender/transgender girls and gender non-conforming teens with Bipolar Disorder, who experience depression, and who have low self-esteem.
